Extremely professional staff with impeccable service. Staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Their appointments are promptly kept and they are efficient with the processing. Highly recommended.
I've been going to this office for over a year and I can tell you it DOES NOT feel like family! The dental hygienists are WONDERFUL but don't last long. Dr. Thomas is perhaps the most uncaring and unsympathetic person I've ever met. Their refer systems is crazy and will cost you a lot more money. She doesn't do much besides cleanings and cavity fill-ins so you will end up having to get a referal for pretty much anything else. The front desk is often left unattended and I NEVER was called back for an appointment in a timely manner (even when I saw them in the back doing nothing well past my appointment time). I recommend Premier Dentist of Blythewood. They are fast, kind and the facility is amazing
The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you with compassion and dignity. I really love the dentist, Dr Thomas. She gives awesome shots! Can't even feel them.

My wife went to 'Feels like Family' because on the website they stated they do tooth extractions. When I called for an appointment, I stated she needed a tooth extracted and they never stated they don't perform those procedures so we received a referral to a surgeon in Columbia.
