My kids see Dr. Belmar here and she is very nice. I have no complaints about her or the nurses, they do a great job. But there is ALWAYS quite a wait on either end of the appointment. Waiting for 20-30 minutes past the appointment time to even get called back. Then another 10-15 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doc. Then, since there's almost never more than one check-out window open, we stand in line for 10-15 minutes waiting to check out. It's extremely frustrating when you're trying to wrangle 3 children who have been waiting for hours to finish a simple check-up. But unfortunately the options are slim so we're just at their mercy, and they clearly don't seem to care about that particular piece of the puzzle. But it turns out, if you're really lucky when you finally get back to see the doc, you'll get to see what takes so long. Drug reps are FAR more important than patients are.
Horrible customer service. My wife has been a patient of this clinic for years. Last Wednesday she called to get me an appointment. They told her I had to go online and fill out a form and wait to be contacted. On Thursday I filled out the form, submitted it, and was told it would be 24-48hrs before I would be contacted. Today, at the end of the day the following Tuesday I called the office to find out the status. The lady, with not an ounce of compassion in her voice told me that she didn't care what it said online. She told me I had to manually print off the forms I already submitted online and bring them in to the office and then wait ANOTHER 48hrs before they will contact me with an appointment date. She doesn't care that it's already been a week since I first needed an appointment. She doesn't care that their published instructions on their website are wrong. And she flat out told me she didn't care if I wrote this review. My advice would be to find a different clinic or be prepared to die waiting for some appointment that never comes.
I see Dr. Min Kang and he has always been more than kind and helpful. I think this is a very nice Dr. Office.

Also, the last time my wife had an appointment they never called her back with her test results. Very uncaring practice in my opinion.
Took my Aunt in today waited for 1 and a half hours. The examing room was filthy, floors covered in dust and dirt. Went to restroom and it was disgusting. They should be ashamed.
