I love Legacy Nails! I have tried many other nail salons but there is no comparison. Mr. Lee is great at what he does and it shows. I see where a few reviewers stated issues about the length of time they waited and favortisim. Well as far as the time.... its worth the wait. They spend time with the client to make sure they are happy. I can honestly say that i have NEVER left unsatisfied. Im not sure what they are refering to when they say favortisim.... unless they mean people going ahead of them. That would be people who have made appointments. I suggest you make one if you have a problem waiting. Great place and i would give it 10 stars if i could!!
Absolutely love this place! I don’t ever have to wait long and the place is always clean and organized! My SNS nails stay on point!
Literally the WORST nail experience of my life. Came in for a fill, the guy did a horrible job, they broke off within the day and I had to come get two repairs. The next day, more broke off, so once again I went back to get them fixed, as I deserve to have for paying $30 for a fill (which is what most places charge for an entire new set). The manager (Lee) "fixed them" by taking them off and doing a new set, but he also did a horrible job, as two more broke off today (less than a week of having them all re-done). Not only was the quality awful, but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The manager told me I was blaming them for my nails breaking off... WELL DUH. I had to go a total of 3 times just to get the service I wanted in the first place and they STILL broke off after less than a week! He also told me he's been doing nails since before I was born (not sure how that matters, if you suck at it, who cares how long you've been doing it?) and truly did not care about me being a customer, as he kept saying "whatever" to me over and over.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY DISCRIMINATE WITH THEIR RACE THEY TOOK TWO PEOPLE OF THE SAME RACE BEFORE ME THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE WHEN I SAID IT WAS DISCRIMINATION. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
There are so many bad reviews of this place (read below), seriously they are 100% accurate. Lee is so rude, and as a manager, you should have good customer service. When he told me to come back for the 3rd time, it was a Sunday and he said "we don't do appointments on Sundays but come around 3 and I'll fix them." So I went at 3, waited for AN HOUR, and before he polished them, he passed me off to someone else saying "I have an appt, so she's going to polish your nails for you." Um, WHAT? First of all, I am here a 3rd time to get my nails fixed, so that should be your priority. Second of all, what happened to no appointments on Sundays??
I am on vacation & I live 6 hours away. I was hesitant to go to a nail salon that I was not familiar with & I looked up the reviews on the internet. I can honesty say that Ms. Kim did an absolute amazing job! She did everything that I asked. Length, shape, color and everything! She was even honest enough to save me $20! I couldn't have asked for a better nail tech! Thank you Ms. Kim! :) I would definitely recommend this salon!
Truly the worst nail experience of my life and I have been getting acrylics for 8 years, this has never happened. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Do not go to this place!
