Wont order here again.
Called to make sure my pizza wouldn't sit under a heat lamp for over 15-20 minutes. It still arrived cold with the cheese congealed. I know the driver personally, and he told me he would have been openly rude to me upon delivery if I had been someone else because I was being "snarky" when I called about my food. I would give a 0 if I could.
Tastes like Domino's Pizza. Which is obviously good if you go. Food is ready within 15 minutes and is always hot and fresh. Good if you want quick pizza, but I'd also recommend Tony's Pizza if you want a different atmosphere.
Ordered a Meatza pizza at the Elgin Domino's and sadly when I got home it was pretty devoid of meat. I ordered it with green peppers and onions extra and it was basically a green pepper and onion pizza.
Minor mixup on carryout; Heather made it right though (even though it wasn't her fault). Heather treated us great, and delivered on customer service. Our pizzas were made well with delicious toppings; Cinnamon twists were awesome for dessert. Keep up the great work Heather!
Pizza took over 2 hours to arrive for the 2nd time. I had to call them to remind them I ordered. Was told it's on the way. Over 30 minutes later I have stone cold pizza. Store cheats the system by never completing your order to avoid reviews for their own corporation. Someone should be fired.
